September 30 Devotion - Your DNA in God - Part 14 - I am seated with Christ in the heavenly realms

 

For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 2:6

 

واقامنا معه واجلسنا معه في السماويات في المسيح يسوع

We, who have accepted Christ as our Saviour and Lord over our lives, are justified by the blood of Christ. Christ’s resurrection is the proof that He has made the full atonement, and that we are raised from a death of sin to a life of righteousness; and now we sit in heavenly places. Realize that we now have a right to the Kingdom of God, expect this glory, and be filled with the joy of The Lord in the possession of this salvation, and in our fellowship with Christ Jesus.

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:

Abba Father, thank You for Your abundant blessings and love. Thank You Lord that my DNA reveals that Jesus bought me with His precious blood and I am seated with Christ in the heavenly realms. Through Jesus’ redemptive work at The Cross and His resurrection I am granted access to You God, my Heavenly Father and I will spend eternity with You. Thank You Lord that You redeemed me and granted me forgiveness of my sins, You justified me and even sanctified me according to the riches of Your grace. Lord, I pray that out of Your  glorious riches that You strengthen me with power through Your Spirit in my inner being, so that I can continue to declare to the world that Christ is my Lord and Saviour and Friend and be filled with the joy of The Lord in the possession of my salvation, and in my fellowship with Christ Jesus. Strengthen me God so as to behave in a such a way that pleases Your spirit within me. In the holy name of Jesus, I pray. To Jesus be the glory, the power, the majesty, the blessings, and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

September 26 Devotion - Your DNA in God - Part 13 - I have access to God through the Holy Spirit

 

Now all of us can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done for us.

 لان به لنا كلينا قدوما في روح واحد الى الآب.

Ephesians 2:18

Through Jesus, we all have access through the influence of the Holy Spirit, unto our Heavenly Father God Almighty. No spirit can have access to God except through Jesus Christ, and Jesus only introduces to God the spirit that has received His Holy Spirit. Jesus said:

“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”

قال له يسوع انا هو الطريق والحق والحياة .ليس احد يأتي الى الآب الا بي .

John 14:6

Abba Father, thank You Lord that my DNA reveals that I have access to God through the Holy Spirit because I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and my Saviour, and I was purchased with the precious blood of Christ. September 24 Devotion - Your DNA in God - Part 12 - I am a minister of reconciliation for God

 

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. ¹⁸ Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, ¹⁹ that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. ²⁰ Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. ²¹ For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

 

2 Corinthians 5:17-21

 

17 اذا ان كان احد في المسيح فهو خليقة جديدة.الاشياء العتيقة قد مضت.هوذا الكل قد صار جديدا.

18 ولكن الكل من الله الذي صالحنا لنفسه بيسوع المسيح واعطانا خدمة المصالحة

19 اي ان الله كان في المسيح مصالحا العالم لنفسه غير حاسب لهم خطاياهم وواضعا فينا كلمة المصالحة.

20 اذا نسعى كسفراء عن المسيح كأن الله يعظ بنا.نطلب عن المسيح تصالحوا مع الله.

21 لانه جعل الذي لم يعرف خطية خطية لاجلنا لنصير نحن بر الله فيه .

 

 

To reconcile is to exchange enmity for friendship, and it usually requires that the cause of enmity or hostility be removed. The cause of hostility between God and man was removed by Jesus taking on the sins of the world. It is now possible for us to have a personal relationship with God. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, Jesus’ blood makes it possible for God to change our status from being an enemy of God back into a right relationship with Him. Christ’s blood is the bridge, the peace offering that reconciles us to God. We are given a ministry of reconciliation to help people come to Christ and be reconciled to God and to help people reconcile amongst themselves and live in the love of Christ.

Abba Father, thank You Lord that my DNA reveals that I as a follower of Your Son Jesus am reconciled to You God through the atoning death of Jesus on The Cross on my behalf.  Thank You God that through Jesus, I can have a personal relationship with You God. My heavenly Father, strengthen me with power through Your Spirit in my inner being, so that I can become an ambassador for Christ and bring the message of reconciliation to all, for it is Your desire that all people be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:4 Abba Father, thank You that Your unfailing, deep, steadfast love for me endures forever. Thank You Father for Your abundant blessings in my life, and for the riches of Your grace upon my life. In the holy name of Jesus, I pray to You Father God. To Jesus be the glory, the power, and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

September 23 Devotion - Your DNA in God - Part 11 - I am free from any charge against me

 

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? ³² He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? ³³ Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. ³⁴ Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

 

³¹فَمَاذَا نَقُولُ لِهذَا؟ إِنْ كَانَ اللهُ مَعَنَا، فَمَنْ عَلَيْنَا؟ ³²اَلَّذِي لَمْ يُشْفِقْ عَلَى ابْنِهِ، بَلْ بَذَلَهُ لأَجْلِنَا أَجْمَعِينَ، كَيْفَ لاَ يَهَبُنَا أَيْضًا مَعَهُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ؟ ³³مَنْ سَيَشْتَكِي عَلَى مُخْتَارِي اللهِ؟ اَللهُ هُوَ الَّذِي يُبَرِّرُ. ³⁴مَنْ هُوَ الَّذِي يَدِينُ؟ اَلْمَسِيحُ هُوَ الَّذِي مَاتَ، بَلْ بِالْحَرِيِّ قَامَ أَيْضًا، الَّذِي هُوَ أَيْضًا عَنْ يَمِينِ اللهِ، الَّذِي أَيْضًا يَشْفَعُ فِينَا.

Romans 8:31-34

 

 God justified us, which means He declared us not guilty, because by the gift of faith we have accepted Christ as Saviour. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Abba Father, thank You that my DNA reveals that I as a follower of Your Son Jesus I am free from any charge against me. Thank You God that You now see me through Christ’s righteousness instead of through my sin. Thank You God that Your justifying love allows me to stand accepted before You. Thank You God that You are for me, and whoever is against me does not even compare to You. Thank You Jesus for Your crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension, and for Your intercession on my behalf to God. Father God, I praise You, glorify You and lift You up on high. Abba Father, thank You for Your unfailing, steadfast, deep and everlasting love, Your abundant blessings in my life, and for the riches of Your grace upon my life. To Him who is able to keep me from stumbling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy, to the only God our Saviour be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore. Amen. Jude 1:24-25

September 22 Devotion - Your DNA in God - Part 10 - I am a citizen of Heaven. I am significant

 

For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ

 فان سيرتنا نحن هي في السموات التي منها ايضا ننتظر مخلّصا هو الرب يسوع المسيح

 

 I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:

Abba Father,  thank You that You have bestowed me with the honour of being a citizen of heaven, where You and Jesus dwell. So, my citizenship is not of this world but of heaven. Thank You Lord that my DNA reveals that I am a child of God, and I was purchased with the precious blood of Christ. Thank You Lord that You redeemed me and granted me forgiveness of my sins, according to the riches of Your grace. LORD, I pray that out of Your glorious riches You strengthen me with power through Your Spirit in my inner being, so that I can continue to declare to the world that Christ is my Lord and Saviour and Jesus may continue to dwell in my heart through faith. In the holy name of Jesus, I pray to You Father God. To Jesus be the glory, the power, the blessings, and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

September 19 Devotion - Your DNA in God - Part 9 - I am free forever from condemnation

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

Romans 8:1-2

 

اذا لا شيء من الدينونة الآن على الذين هم في المسيح يسوع السالكين ليس حسب الجسد بل حسب الروح.

2 لان ناموس روح الحياة في المسيح يسوع قد اعتقني من ناموس الخطية والموت.

 

In Romans 7, the Apostle Paul said: ‘So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin’ meaning that the Law could not affect deliverance from sin. In Romans 8 he states ‘There is, therefore, now’ deliverance and it is related to the gospel alone. This applies only to those who have surrendered their lives to Christ and accepted the fact that He bore their sins in His own body at The Cross and have declared Him as their Lord and Saviour. God has justified us, or declared us not guilty, because by the gift of faith we have accepted Christ as Saviour. Because Christ has already endured the penalty of our sins and obeyed the precept of the Law in our behalf, there is no condemnation whatever, not only no final condemnation, but no condemnation now.

This does not mean a license to sin, on the contrary. By accepting Jesus as Lord over our lives the Spirit of God is conveyed into our hearts through The Holy Spirit and we are delivered from sin.

 

Our union with Christ is compared to that between the vine and its branches John 15:1-6, and hence, we believers are in Him in a similar sense, as deriving our support from Him, and as united in feeling, in purpose, and destiny. Out of love for Jesus and through the Holy Spirit we live in obedience to God.

Abba Father, thank You for Your abundant blessings and love. Thank You Lord that my DNA reveals that; I as a follower of Your Son Jesus;  am free forever from condemnation. I pray that out of Your glorious riches You strengthen me with power through Your Spirit in my inner being, so that I can live by the spirit and not by the flesh. Father God, I praise You and glorify You. In the holy name of Jesus, I pray. To Jesus be the glory, the power, and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
