October 20 Devotion - Country Leadership under God (Canada has a new Prime Minister)

Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice…..And disobedience is as [serious as] false religion and idolatry. If you reject the word of the Lord, He will also reject you as leader.

1 Samuel 15:22-23

And now, Canada, what does the Lord your God require from you, but to fear [and worship] the Lord your God [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect], to walk [that is, to live each and every day] in all His ways and to love Him, and to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul [your choices, your thoughts, your whole being], 13 and to keep the commandments of the Lord and His statutes.

Deuteronomy 10:12-13Amplified Bible (AMP)

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for Canada and the new leader of Canada:
Abba Father, thank You for Your abundant blessings and Your deep, everlasting and inseparable love.
I pray that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for leaders and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:1-15
For the true love of God is this: that we habitually keep His commandments and remain focused on His precepts. For His precepts are not difficult to obey. 1 John 5:3
I pray that you put away all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander. Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation— if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is good. As you come to Him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious, you yourself like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 2:1-25.
Jesus, in Your Holy name I pray. To Jesus be the glory, the majesty, the power and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Jesus loves you,
In Him,

October 19 Devotion - God's Planning System

For You are my rock and my fortress; Therefore, for Your name’s sake, Lead me and guide me.
لان صخرتي ومعقلي انت. من اجل اسمك تهديني وتقودني.
Psalm 31:3

I believe we need to be open to a change in plans if we sense God moving us in another direction and follow God’s Planning System (GPS). He will lead us and guide us, and all we need to do is just trust Him because He is our rock on which we stand and He protects us in His fortress. We connect to Him through our prayers and we should never feel lost with Him guiding us.

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for Your abundant blessings and Your deep, everlasting and inseparable love. Lord, I praise You, I glorify You and I rejoice in You. Lord, please help me become flexible and obedient. I sometimes feel confused between what I desire and what You may want, as I sense that You may be guiding me to move in another direction. Help me to stay connected to You, to hear Your voice and to know for sure Your plan for me and the direction You want me to follow. I need Your wisdom God, please sort out the truth in my mind and heart and lead me and guide me to do Your will for You are my rock and my fortress. Jesus, in Your Holy name I pray. To Jesus be the glory, the majesty, the power and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Jesus loves you,
In Him,

October 16 Devotion - Keep your eyes on Jesus

Let your eyes look right on [with fixed purpose], and let your gaze be straight before you.
Proverbs 4:25 Amplified Bible (AMP)
لتنظر عيناك الى قدامك واجفانك الى امامك مستقيما.

While peripheral vision, or seeing things from the corner of our eyes, is a good thing for driving, it is not good when we want to be followers of Jesus. As we need to have directional vision seeing only Jesus and not the lusts of the world. That’s why Proverbs 4:25 tells us that we need to look straight ahead toward Christ because in the spiritual, like the natural, whatever we focus our mind and heart on, we move toward.
Jesus told us:

The eye is the lamp of the body. So if your eye is sound, your entire body will be full of light.
Matthew 6:22

سراج الجسد هو العين .فان كانت عينك بسيطة فجسدك كله يكون نيرا .

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for Your abundant blessings and Your deep, everlasting and inseparable love. Lord, I praise You and glorify You. Lord Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things, and revive me in Your way Psalm 119:37 Help me Lord to keep my eyes on Jesus and not on my problems nor on the lusts of the world. Teach me to be steadfast in my faith. Father God, I want my fixed purpose to be: to become Christlike. Please let my eyes be sound and fill my whole body with the light of The Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name I pray. To Jesus be the power, the glory, the majesty and the dominion forever and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen. .

October 15 Devotion - It is all from God

For who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not receive? Now if you did indeed receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?
لانه من يميّزك واي شيء لك لم تأخذه.وان كنت قد اخذت فلماذا تفتخر كانك لم تأخذ.

1 Corinthians 4:7

Although we all want to feel good about ourselves, let us immediately recognize that everything we have is from God. Whatever blessings, beginning with our talents, our intelligence, our ability to speak languages, our successes, our wealth and going all the way to our salvation is from God. Whatever spiritual gifts we have are from God. Your voice, her organizational abilities, his preaching abilities, my writing abilities, and these devotions they are all from God, lest anyone should boast.

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for Your abundant blessings and Your unfailing, deep, everlasting, and inseparable love. Thank You Lord for all the talents, physical attributes, success and joy in my life, they are all blessings from You Lord. Thank You for this ‘devotion ministry’ that You have given me through these daily devotions, may they be a blessing to everyone reading them. Grant me the humility to always recognize Your hand in everything I am, and everything I own and in everything good in my life. I thank You for the grace of Your Salvation through Jesus Christ, I know that that is a gift that I am chosen for and that I received freely, and that Jesus paid His life for my redemption and salvation. What a fantastic gift beyond description. Thank You Lord. To Jesus be the power, the glory, the majesty and the dominion forever and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.

In Him,
