March 7 Devotion - You are very valuable to God

Keep me as the apple of Your eye; hide me under the shadow of Your wings
احفظني مثل حدقة العين. بظل جناحيك استرني
Psalm 17:8

In the eighth verse of Psalm seventeen we find David praying asking God to ‘keep’ him as the apple of God’s eye. Not to establish him but to keep him. In other words he was already established as the apple of God’s eye. The eye is weak and tender, and is hurt by every little thing that annoys it. Nothing is dearer to a human than their eyesight and we are most protective of preserving our eyes from being hurt. So as the apple of God’s eye we are most protected by God. God loves and values every person who believes in His Son and has accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You that I am the apple of Your eye, and You watch over every detail of my life and protect me under Your wings. Help me Lord to surrender all aspects and details of my life into Your hands, knowing that You love it when I come to You. Lord, let me find peace and security in Your love for me. God I pray to You in the name of Your precious Son; my Redeemer and Saviour; the Lord of my life, Jesus Christ. To Jesus be the power, the glory, the majesty, the blessings, and the dominion before all time and now and forever. Amen.

March 5 Devotion - Jesus Heals

While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?”
36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue,
“Do not be afraid; only believe.” 37 And He permitted no one to follow Him except Peter, James, and John the brother of James. 38 Then He came to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and saw a tumult and those who wept and wailed loudly. 39 When He came in, He said to them, “Why make this commotion and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeping.”
40 And they ridiculed Him. But when He had put them all outside, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who were with Him, and entered where the child was lying. 41 Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her,
“Talitha, cumi,” which is translated, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” 42 Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years of age. And they were overcome with great amazement. 43 But He commanded them strictly that no one should know it, and said that something should be given her to eat.

Mark 5:35-43

I invite you to repeat the following prayer:
Abba Father, I pray for all of Your children who are in need of Your healing touch, that You touch them today. I pray that The Holy Spirit that indwells us and that was sent to us by You Father in Jesus’ name gives us all the faith needed to believe that You will heal us. Father give our physicians clarity to correctly diagnose and heal our illnesses. Jesus You possess the healing ability, we need to believe to receive it. Lord, today I pray that You strengthen my faith so as to receive Your healing. Thank You Father God for loving me with a deep and everlasting love, thank You for Your abundant blessings in my life, and for the riches of Your grace upon my life. In Jesus’ name I pray to You Father. To Jesus be the power, the glory, the majesty, the blessings, and the dominion before all time and now and forever. Amen.

March 4 Devotion - God's Unfailing Love

Show us your unfailing love, O LORD, and grant us your salvation.
أَظْهِرْ لَنَا رَحْمَتَكَ يَارَبُّ، وَامْنَحْنَا خَلاَصَكَ.
Éternel! fais-nous voir ta bonté, Et accorde-nous ton salut!

Psalm 85:7 NIV

Everything God does is done with love and kindness toward us. We cannot comprehend His love for us just by knowing about it. The only way we can even begin to understand and feel the unfailing and limitless Love of God, is to look at the Cross and realize what Jesus did for us and to accept His love into our hearts and experience it firsthand.

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, Your faithfulness is great. Lord I embrace Your grace, mercy, faithfulness, and trustworthiness with renewed assurance; and I rest confidently in that assurance over everything including my salvation. Thank You Father for Your unfailing, inseparable, deep and everlasting love for me and Your abundant blessings in my life. God, even though Your promises do not always unfold in the way I imagined, You always keep them in Your perfect timing and in a way that is best for me. LORD, I pray that out of Your glorious riches You strengthen me with power through Your Spirit in my inner being, so that I can continue to declare to the world that Christ is my Lord and Saviour. God I pray to You in the name of Your precious Son. To Jesus be the power, the glory, the majesty, the blessings, and the dominion before all time and now and forevermore. Amen..

March 1 Devotion - "I am the vine, you are the branches"

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. 3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

John 15:1-5

Without Jesus we cannot do anything that is spiritually good. Nothing can be accomplished "without Christ"; without His Spirit, grace, strength, and presence. Were it possible for believers that are truly in Him, to be removed from Him, they could bring forth no spiritual fruits or fruits of good works, any more than a branch separated from the vine can bring forth grapes; so that all the fruitfulness of a believer is to be ascribed to Christ, and His grace, and not to our own free will and power.

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for Your inseparable, deep and everlasting love for me and Your abundant blessings in my life. Thank You Jesus that I am the branch of the true vine, a channel of Your life. Jesus, I pray that You abide in me, and I in You. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can I, unless I abide in You Jesus. Jesus please strengthen me with power through Your Spirit in my inner being, so that I can bear much fruit; for without You Jesus I can do nothing. In the name of The King of kings and Lord of lords, in the Holy Name of Jesus I pray. To Him be the glory, the majesty, power, and the dominion forever and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.
