Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
Ephesians 5:17, James 1:5
I believe that I am wise when:
- I seek God’s will for my life and follow His plan.
- I always act according to the spirit of the Biblical Commandments.
- I understand the consequences of my words and actions.
- I have the will and courage to follow the right course of action.
I realize that I need the guidance and conviction of The Holy Spirit to always act wisely.
I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father help me to clearly see Your plan and will for my life. Holy Spirit, I need Your wisdom to guide all my actions. Lord, help me to listen to the direction of The Holy Spirit within me. Help me Lord to be aware of the consequences of my words and actions. Strengthen my faith to clearly realize that You Father are my rock in whom I take refuge and grant me the courage to follow the right course of action. To Him who is able to keep me from stumbling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy, to the only God our Saviour be glory, majesty, power and authority through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore. Amen. Jude 1:24-25
Jesus loves you,
In Him,
Wagdi Henein
