December 1 Devotion - Knee Mail

When we get on our knees in front of God and pour our hearts out to Him, He is filled with compassion concerning each one of us. God hears our prayers. Christ will strengthen each one of us to do all what He is asking of each one.

Sometimes we find it hard to pray and especially to get on our knees and pray. During those times we need to remember God’s directions and promises:

‘Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.'
Jeremiah 33:3

During difficult times we also need to remember that:

The LORD is near to the broken-hearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for loving me with a deep and everlasting love, thank You for Your abundant blessings in my life, and for the riches of Your grace upon my life. LORD, You are the Source of my strength. Help me view my life the way You do. Thank You for healing my brokenness, thank You for showing me great and mighty things for my life. I know that You have a glorious plan for my life and that I can live Your plan through Jesus Christ who strengthens me and in whose mighty name I pray. Amen.

November 30 Devotion - Rejoice before God

But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.
Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind, 9 for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.

Psalm 68:3
Psalm 107:8-9

Those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, after God, and communion with him, shall be filled with the goodness of His house, both in grace and glory.

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for loving me with a deep and everlasting love, thank You for Your abundant blessings in my life, and for the riches of Your grace upon my life. Lord fill my heart, soul, and mind with Your joy, help me to exceedingly rejoice and to know an internal peace and gladness. Teach me to express an outward expression of joy and love and caring for others that depicts Your wonderful deeds for me and Your spirit and love. God I praise You, revere You, worship You, I stand in awe of You, and glorify Your Holy Name. Lord, thank You for the gift of salvation and unfailing love through Jesus Christ Your Son, and my Lord and Saviour. To Jesus be the power, the glory, the majesty and the dominion forever and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.

In Him,

November 29 Devotion - You raise me up

He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy. Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”
 Isaiah 40:29, Psalm 27:1, Psalm 33:18, Deuteronomy 31:6

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then I am still and wait here in the silence
Until you come and sit awhile with me
You raise me up so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up to walk on stormy seas
I am strong when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be
(Please put your speakers up & listen to and watch the video)

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for loving me with a deep and everlasting love, thank You for Your abundant blessings in my life, and for the riches of Your grace upon my life.  Thank You Lord for being my light and my salvation. Thank You God my Lord that You are the One who goes with me and You will never leave me nor forsake me. LORD, I pray that You strengthen me with power through Your Spirit, so that I am strong and of good courage keeping my focus on the person, power, and presence of Jesus Christ in my life, instead of the circumstances of my life. I come to You Jesus as per Your call “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28-29   You give power to me when I am weak  and when I have no might You increase my strength. Thank You Jesus for raising me up and carrying me on Your shoulders through the stormy seas. In Your Holy name Jesus, I pray. Amen.

November 28 Devotion - Our Source and Supply

In Him we live and move and have our being,

Acts 17:28

We have a constant and absolute dependence on God and He is continually sustaining us. Our absolute dependence on God is such that we owe to Him the ability to perform even the slightest motion. We owe to Him our continued and prolonged existence.

What is your most pressing need today? Financial, emotional, social, a new direction for your career? Peace with your children? Having a successful marriage? Getting married? Whatever your need, God has an answer:

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Matthew 6:25–34

What does God have to do with schools, cars, relationships, money, or investments? Everything. As the Source and Supply of all your needs—material or otherwise—God is the Ultimate Giver. His wisdom, love, and sovereignty work on your behalf, regardless of the complexity, urgency, or practicality of your needs.
When you seek God first, He promises to supply every necessity, just as He does for the birds of the air

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Matthew 6:26

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for loving me with a deep and everlasting love, thank You for Your abundant blessings in my life, and for the riches of Your grace upon my life. Lord God, I thank You that in You I have my being. LORD, I pray that out of Your glorious riches You strengthen me with power through Your Spirit in my inner being, so that I feel confident trust in Your absolute goodness and I can stay focused on Your Kingdom and Your righteousness. God I know that as Your child You will take care of me and remove any anxiety I may have over the future and You will provide all I need in Your time. God I praise You, glorify You, stand in awe of You and lift You up on high. In the name of the King of kings and Lord of lords, in the Holy Name of Jesus I pray to You Father. To Him be the power, the glory, the majesty, the blessings, and the dominion forever and ever, Amen.

Jesus loves you,
In Him,
