November 7 Devotion - Reconciliation

But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.

بل آثامكم صارت فاصلة بينكم وبين الهكم وخطاياكم سترت وجهه عنكم حتى لا يسمع.

Isaiah 59:2

Peace is not merely that state of calmness and ease which we seek in desperate times.

It is ultimately the condition that can exist between God and man because of the redeeming work of Christ.

All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.

2 Corinthians 5:18-19

I invite you to repeat the following prayer for yourself:
Abba Father, thank You for Your deep and everlasting love of me, Your abundant blessings in my life, and for the riches of Your grace upon my life. Lord, please strengthen me and lead me to always bow at the feet of Jesus and offer my life to Him. Thank You Jesus for the precious gift of reconciliation and peace that You gave me through the Cross. Without this gift of grace I was separated from God. Thank You Jesus for paying the price of this fathomless gift of grace at the Cross. God I praise You, glorify You and lift You up on high. In the name of the King of kings and Lord of lords, in the Holy Name of Jesus I pray. I declare Jesus as my Lord and Saviour, to Him be the power, the glory, the majesty, the blessings, and the dominion forever and ever, and unto ages of ages. Amen.

Jesus loves you,
In Him,
Wagdi Henein
